The Sheldon Hotel was established in the late 1940’s and has been continually updated to accommodate the thriving Hollywood Beach area. This 42 room limited service hotel fronts 160’ on the boardwalk, on the beach in Hollywood Florida. Located at 1000 North Surf Road in Hollywood, the Sheldon Beach Hotel has been pleasing tourists for years with affordable, ocean front accommodations.
The hotel has approximately 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space that is located directly on the boardwalk. This space is currently divided into 6 spaces, is 85% occupied on a month-to-month basis, and grossed $370,000 rent in 2008.
